Having been suitably impressed with our approach towards the brand projection and website development for Chapel Street London, we were further commissioned to develop the brand logo, website and bespoke content management system for (group company head) Ben Whistler.
As a supplier of classic and contemporary furniture, it was important to develop a logo that featured both of these elements and which would compliment its overall brand projection as producers of fine luxury furniture that has heritage.
The contemporary font used within the logo is Gotham and which has links to the Chapel Street London logo. Gotham, a very strong and sometimes chunky font, available in different weights and which is used by Coco Chanel and Tom Ford amongst other leading high-end luxury brands.
As suppliers of bespoke furniture for high profile residential and commercial installations, it is important that this is reflected elegantly within Ben Whistler‘s presentation of projects that they have been commissioned for.
Additionally Ben Whistler has a vast archive of previous furniture commissions that they make available for reference when discussing potential commissions and which provide relevance to discussions with clients. It was therefore important that a clear and simple library system should be developed to house this.
"Marcus and the Doublard team are a different proposition to the other design services that we evaluated. They didn't focus on the technology; they were more interested in what mattered to our customers and to our company. The fact that they really understand our niche world of high-end interiors made a huge difference. Their team really care about the result, so revisions, no matter how small or picky, were addressed rapidly and with charm. We're delighted with the result, and are looking forward to working again with them in the future."
